- We do not train models using your data.
- Providers operate under strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.
B. Other Disclosures

- Safety & Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Onoma, users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- User Content: Stored until you delete it, or up to 12 months after account deletion, unless required by law.
- Account Data: Retained for 5 years after account closure (standard Dutch record-keeping period).
- Usage & Technical Logs: Retained for up to 90 days, unless needed for security investigations.
- Backups: Retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 1 year may be deleted after prior notice.
